    -Reactivity and follow-up during major incidents and security breaches
  • Operating system lifecycle process:
    -End of life strategy.
    -Infrastructure as code and automation mindset.
    -Reporting for audit and KPIs.
    -Capacity planning for Windows and Linux systems.
    -Capacity planning for applications.
  • VMware vSphere lifecycle (setup, update, migration, IAC, maintenance and licensing aspect)
